The staff was very professional, the accommodation was incredibly beautiful and spotless. The service was great, the staff was willing to help. Booked a room with balcony. The location of the hotel was quiet and top - around 10-15 minutes walk from Blue Reef Aquarium Portsmouth. Restaurants and bars where in front of the place. It had wonderful à la carte restaurant.

No complaints, I would recommend this place and would definitely book here again. I would say it's good base for staying and exploring Chania. The guest room overlooks the side sea and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. Everyone who works in the hotel is well-trained and incredibly helpful.

I spend 7 nights in Chania really good. This was my 2nd stay, they offered king room for my needs. The staff was excellent, as well as host. The hotel was set in a central area just off a hill with beautiful view above the city, the lovely old town of Chania and other beaches Chrissi Atki and Iguana. The personnel was willing to help, terrific service.

The venue was absolutely fantastic and ideal, I loved the location so close to the harbour in Chania and a quite area close to Nea Chora beach, and side sea views. Most of the staff were really good and welcoming. The food in the à la carte restaurant was superb and excellent.
